RTK COMMUNICATION believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after the payment is completed
• In case any refund is approved by RTK COMMUNICATION, it will take 9–15 business days for the amount to be credited to the customer’s original mode of payment.
